Refund Policy

At MindfulBeingStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we sell health and beauty products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.

 

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel ("Cooling-Off Period")

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You must notify us of your intent to cancel by emailing support@mindfulbeingstore.com.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

 

2. Hygiene & Health Exceptions

Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products: Any item where the hygiene seal has been broken, the protective wrapping removed, or the product has been handled in a way that would not be permitted in a physical shop.

  • Perishable goods: Items with a limited shelf life.

  • Personal care items: For health and safety reasons, items like lip balms, makeup, and certain skincare treatments are non-returnable once the packaging is opened.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Within 30 Days: You can reject the item for a full refund.

  • Reporting Damage: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the outer packaging so we can process a claim with our fulfillment partner.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@mindfulbeingstore.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the correct return address for our fulfillment center. Do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the package, as this may result in your return being lost and your refund denied.

  3. Use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

  • Faulty Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a pre-paid label if the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 

6. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Deductions: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling (e.g., damaged retail boxes).

 

7. International Returns

For customers outside the UK, please be aware that return shipping costs can be high. Original shipping fees and any customs duties/taxes paid at the time of import are non-refundable.
